Anything wrong with this diet? I want to try it out to lose some BF. i dont think i could possibly get more protein in there. Maybe more fat but i think its ok

What are your stats? I'm running something very similar. I'm 5'8'' 200 lbs. You might be able to up the fat and cut back on carbs a bit.

Not enough veggies. You are going to starve on that diet. I would eating as much green veggies as possible if trying to cut. They keep you full and certain green veggies are actually negative calorie food. Meaning your body burns more calories digesting them then they actually provide. Broccoli, cabbage, spinach, and asparagus are your friends when dieting. Please don't tell me you don't like veggies either. I will bomb you :)

yea, i'd suggest you are going to lose some muscle..

how much?/ that depends on your body and really your activity level..

Well illl be on 500mg test week 7-10 and tren-tfo from needto's store so i should be able to keep my muscle

I totally forgot about veggies lol thanks SL, no i actually love them, so dont bomb me

My stats are 5'9", 188lbs, 10%BF

Ill add in a cup of veggies every meal, or 4 meals a day. Do you really think id lose muscle with 330g of protein and 2600 calories?

i would cut out the milk and cut your oats out of meal 2 and add 1/2 cup to breakfast and preworkout. no need for apple juice post work out add a semi simple carb source like waxy maize or a white bagle. taking the milk out will allow you to put better carb sources inplace while keeping the same macros. the apple juice will just restore your liver glcyogen and not muscle.

I have whey post w/o too for protein, 46g of it

i have milk in there for more protein but white bagel would be better?

ill do the thing with the oats, 1 cup is a lot anyway lol

Well, that macronutrient breakdown is nowhere near 2500 calories. Redo your math.

Second, in my experience, low carb diets are significantly more effective with refeeds. Your metabolism goes down without carbs. You keep it up by going high carb every few days.

yea the bagle is a semi simple carb with a higher gl so it will restore muscle glycogen and not liver. a half a cup of oats at those two meals shouldnt be to much i eat a cup every morning.

+1 carb cycle to keep the metabolism up
