bout to really starting cutting hardcore and uping the cardio... say u drop ur cals from 4,000 ed to 2500 ed.. whut kind of decreases in strength and recovery will u see... assuming ur on a typical test-tren-winny-t-3 cutter...
so far im slowly lowering the clories and im not reaching ne new personal bests but my strength is still holdin on okay... seem to wanna sleep all day long maybe its my body trying to recover itself
train 3 days on one day off
doing cardio eod 30 minutes going to go to 40 minutes eod then last two weeks of august 30 minutes am 30 minutes p.m. ed
