I'm 17 years old, 5"10, and 155 pounds putting together a diet for cutting (should bulk but, cutting seemed easier to do). My diet needs to consist of 1860 calories of which includes 62g of fat, 210g of protein, 116g carbs. (30%fat/45%protein/25%carb) Is this fine?
Also, could someone tell me what the best times to have carbs and fats are? I know that I need carbs after a workout but does this also apply to low intensity cardio? If not, where should I fit carbs in for cardio if i workout every other day and do cardio on days im not working out? Thanks in advance!
