hey guys im about to hop into a test e deca dbol cycle i wanna blow up.... (who doesnt who is on that cycle)
im a pretty natty lean person and dont bloat, but im thinking about eat cup cakes cookies massive amount of pasta beef protein shakes just anything and everything in sight....
eating cookies and cup cakes may not be the ideal way to get all my calories but the more calories the better right....? has anyone else done that where they didnt even keep it clean they just went spastic eating, and if so were u happy you did it, or would you try to keep it cleaner next time, because you found it just put on too much mid section?

any info or help would be great i just like hearing about other peoples expierences....
 
lol... i have been eating every hour and a half to 2 hours, but i have been eating clean now that i just started a cycle. if i start eating cookie and cakes and stuff like that, ill be more fat imo. went to fire and ice tonight... have about 20oz of steak with some pasta, very good
 
it's all dependant upon your metabolism bro. All that sugar can be good for yah regardless of whether or not it makes you fat.
 
cupcakes...what kind? I'll eat some shit when on and bulking..fuck it i'm not a competing BB, but i always try to stay away from sugar. keep in mind i will have a drink now and then..my personal shit meal is taco bell-potatoe and beef burrito(2 actually) but only on off days because the sodium is brutal. but i love 2 sweets(aside from pussy)-bread pudding,german chocalte(sp) cake, and cheese cake. (OK 3,sorry)

but it's been 6+ months since i've had any of them..i just think i would rather cheat with the lesser of evils and stay the fuck away from pure sugar..JMO
But some people are pure genetic freaks and can do what they want, i am not...

It all depends on you're body, personally I can eat everything and be pretty much fine. I have a friend who while bulking eats everything and he's a pretty weighty individual (sorta fat). But keep in mind if you do not eat clean and you put on a bunch of weight, when it comes time to cut. IT'S GOING TO SUCK!! I watch him go thru it and he looks like hell during cutting workouts. Save yourself the trouble and try to keep it clean.

Personally even though i have a high metabolism and can get away with pretty much everything I keep it pretty darn clean just because I want quality over quanity. Eat like a pig just eat clean. My .02
 
their are so many factors that factor into this, you will just have to try it for yourself. As for me on my third cycle I went from 188 or 189lbs. to 210. I did gain alot of fat, it gets hard to take a deep breath, or tie your shoes. But hey I was huge for 5 foot 8. PCT over and most of the weight was gone soon but the fat did not leave so easy. So now it is clean all the way.
 
I have done this in past cycles...and wished like hell that I didn't. The problem is that you will talk yourself in to thinking that you aren't getting fat, you're getting huge. Pretty soon, it won't matter what kind of food you are putting in your mouth just as long as you are eating. I wouldn't do it. It's a vicious cycle, and you may just end up fucking up your body long term. If you keep it to just this cycle, and then cut down afterwards, you could do it. You have to be pretty mentally strong to pull it off, though. You get addicted to eating junk, and then you have to quit.

I agree. You should eat pretty clean regardless of metabolism. You'll feel better and put on more muscle. The point in bulking is to maximize muscle gain and minimize fat gain, not to be a gluttonous pig... ;) .
 
A couple days a week I'll eat whatever I want...but only after I've consumed my daily protein requirements. If it's the end of the day and I've downed 2-3 dozen egg whites, a couple cans of tuna, and a couple of protien shakes, and I still crave pizza or cookies, I'll eat them. What I won't do is replace my good calories with shit calories from sugar, french fries, etc.

To gain weight, eating cupcakes/sweets would work best if you can tolerate washing them down with shitload of skim or 2% milk. Like maybe a gallon a day? Like the others said, don't fool yourself into thinking you're getting huge when you're just becoming a bloatus. You can't flex fat ya know.
