Last time I checked, SARMs weren't sitting next to the multivitamins at Walgreeens :lmao:

I don't mean to be a dick, I just find it funny how people try to justify stuff in their minds. SARMs are a huge unknown and never tested long term, compared to D bol for example, which is certainly not healthy, but at least it has been tested for years and the risks are well known. Its popular to think that SARMs are so safe they are practically "natural" :FRlol:

Hydroycut, Vitamin D and crappy protein don't do much for a 6'3 200lb dude like myself...LOL
To be honest, the only thing keeping me from var or tbol is I've heard alot about joint pain and cramps.
That would not benefit me at all.
I'm just taking in all this info and everyone has been very helpful thus far.
Like I said I have no "issue" with real stuff, it's a matter of ease of access at this point. and getting alot more info before I dive in.
 
Forgive my naivety, but I'm on this site (like everyone else) for some useful advice.
I'm 40 y.o.
6'3, 200 lbs
Bench 255
Deadlift 415
Squat265
Run a 5.10 minute mile
I can still dunk a basketball:)
I'm in good shape, and work out 5 days a week.
Work outs each week consist of three met cons one followed by a good 3 mile run, and 2 heavy days. Squats, Deadlifts and bench. Sometimes weighted dips or pull ups.
If you know anything about cross fit, you know that Strength is never a weakness!

This is what I want to try for 8 weeks
DAA, Phytoserm-347, Beta Alanine, Creatine, fish oil, low dose of GW-50.
Gonna try Bridge when its done if that is even necessary.

Any thoughts on dosage and does this seem like it'll do anything for me.
Goals are- a little more strength and maintain stamina. Basically after a couple of years I wanna break through some plateaus!

Sarmssearch GW-50 dosed at 10 mgs twice a day will do wonders for your stamina. If you're looking for a lower dose, cut it in half and do 5 mgs AM and 5 mgs pre workout and you'll still see good increase in endurance.

How do you mean never tested long term? In fact, MOST of the Sarms studies have been tested very long term at low doses. Some GW-50 studies have been done for 100+ day intervals and OSTA studies for similar amounts of time.

If you mean to say that SARMS are so new that there isn't good data on whether or not theyre harmful long term in late life, that's getting less and less true. Steroidal SARMS have been around since the 1940's and non-steroidal SARMS have been around for testing since the mid to late 90's, which would put trial subjects that used them then probably well into their 40s.

I agree its funny how people try to justify away the risks of something, but at the same time the idea that SARMS are 'the great unknown' is becoming somewhat of an antiquated perspective.

Tbol awesome for strength and no impairment of cardio. I've used it for swim and bike training and it was awesome. Unfortunately with running it became a problem - calf and lower back pumps were pretty intense. Had to drop running for a few weeks - pity, cos I'm a triathlete. Either way - Tbol rocks!!
