ok so my buddy has been doing this for about 5 or 6 days now but he is still jacked. is this diet really that terrible?
12 tim hortons chocolate chip cookies PER DAY (not every day)
1+ pizzas with, lil cesears hotn ready usually pepperoni,
equivalent of 3-4 bowls of LUCKY CHARMS (every day for 6 now)
FULL BOX OF pc decadent chocolate chip cookies (160 cals per 2 cookies)
random msg filled chinese food
very little h20, and a lot of weed (smoked not vapourized)
how long until this affects his monstrous deadlift and squat workouts? how long before this type of diet catches up to you? he knows better, is just HIGH AS FUCK.
myself i eat like a healthy motherfucker but it doesnt work!! stupid ectomorph, im gonna fuck up my ectomorph by using 3 full servings of mammoth 2500 mrp powder (interactive nutrtion) = 2910 cals per day JUST from 3 full shakes +3-4 regular or a bit smaller than regular meals, should be 4500 cals per day, plus slightly more than the 1.5grams of protein per day per lb of lean body mass. will use a seperate whey isolate shake post workout with dextrose (what is maltodextrine?) also will be adding an amino acid supplement to receive full spectrum of amino acids to aid recovery time ,etc. what else?
