Critique my diet!

Just trying to SLOWLY strip away the fat over the next 6 months while maintaining muscle.

Meal 1: 60g whey protien
1/2 c oatmeal + Ground Flaxseed
Coffee

Meal 2: 6 egg whites
3 egg yolks
Apple
1/4 c almonds

Meal 3: 2 cans tuna
1/2 c corn
2 tbsp ANPB

Meal 4: 60g whey protien (POST TRAINING)
1/2 c oatmeal + Flax
Banana

Meal 5: 6-8 oz Buffalo steak( I have an entire deep freeze full of this stuff)
Brown Rice
Frozen Brocoly

Meal 6: 250ml cottage cheese
2 tbsp NAPB


Totals 270 g protien / 220 g Carbs / 73g FAT
 
I'd lose the flax PWO but other than that, it looks good. maybe some more veggies like broccoli, cauliflower..stuff like that.

what are you stats? height, weight, age, bf%
 
For the most part it looks pretty good...a diet nazi may tell you to take out the fruit and high GI veggie...the only thing i would change is the fat (flax) fructose(banana), and fiber (oats) post workout. after training you need fast digesting protein (whey) and a simple carbohydrate (dextrose). i normally use 40g whey, 40g dextrose, and 40g maltodextrin. also, you may have this covered, but SLOWLY peeling off bodyfat should require a calorie deficit of about 250 below maintenance(i saw this diet had about 2600). hope this helps.

I got the best water reduction and fat burning by getting all the fast sugars out ... including all grains, flours and fruits.

Meat and colorful veggies, real eggs, touch of hard cheese, a few nuts, real yogart, and lots of water and decaf.

I ate 5 times a day and watched daily improvements. I literally had to stop and add a few berries. No pills or aas.
