6foot 240lbs. I play football and use westside barbell methods for lifting.

Goals: drop some body fat and put on lean mass.

Meal 1: 5 whole eggs, 2egg whites, 1 packet of oatmeal, 1 cup of OJ, banana

Meal 2: 1 baked chicken breast

Meal 3: 1 can of chicken and apple

Meal 4: 1 scoop of 100% whey

Meal 5: 1 can of tuna and 2 pieces of whole wheat toast.

Meal 6 (pre-workout): 30min before workout MHP UP UR MASS only 2 scoops

Meal 7 (post wk): 4 scoops of MHP UP UR MASS w/skim milk.

Meal 8: 1 cup of fat free cootage cheese

Meal 9:(dinner) what evers cook usually steak or chicken

Meal 10: nitro tech nite time shake 2 scoops

Cals: 3100 Protein:365 Carbs:300 Fat:55

I also take Vpx muscle nitrous(no2) pure CEE and glutimine.

Cutting and bulking at the same time is not possible.

First step: Decide what is your real goal and lets move from that point on.

So do you want to cut, or bulk? Whatever you want to do, I would strongly recommend you get your Body fat% tested, so you know where you are going.

Commenting on your diet without a clear objective is useless, since your diet will need to change according to the goal you set. Right now it is lacking in several key areas, so let's hear you so we can help you.

from a health standpoint, i would definatly try to add more healthy fats...the only thing you have is tuna...maybe some nuts, natty PB, and olive oil...

maybe a few more fruits?

Ive been taken flax seed oil in the morning for the fats. do you think i need to up my cal intake?

How about that BF%??? increeasing cals without knowing how much muscle you are packing is a blind effort.

I dont know exact what my BF% is. I would guess 17-20%. I think i might order BF measure tonight.
 
What do think about using yohimburn es just to get rid of extra body fat around stomach and chest. Or should i just wait till i cut before the season.
