This is what my diet on my cut cycle looks like, any critiquing would be great guys. Btw, I'm not on any gear or anything like that, since I'm a college athlete
730 am-5 eggs, 1/2 cup regular oatmeal with 1 scoop peanut butter
1030-2 chicken breasts, 1/2 cup broccoli raw
130(pwo)-protein shake, handful
Of almonds
430(pwo)-whey protein in 1/2 bottle powerade
530-salmon fillet/salad (lettuce cucumbers and spinach)
730-chicken breast/tilapia fillet/1/2 cup raw broccoli
10-Greek plain yogurt
Any tips or advice from you guys would be great, thanks for your time and consideration.
