Right now my keto days are about 150-180 g of protien, 200-230 grams of fat, 20 grams of carbs. Almost all of my fat comes from nutts, flaxseed oil or olive oil. Most of my protein is form grass-fed beef (my dad owns a ranch). My 20 grams of carbs come from macadamia nutts and walnuts, plus green veggies. I eat a ton of salads. I usually mix romaine, lightly steamed brocolli, then top it with olive oil and diced steak. I eat about 3 of those a day.
Yeah, I'm training arms 3 times a week. I've started loosing bicep strength in the last 2 weeks because of my diet. My triceps are pretty strong still. I'm doing alot of supersets for them. I think it freaks the weaker guys out when I do a set of behind the head extensions with 120 ibs (bar not a dumbell...yet) to pre-exhaust myself before I hit the hammerstrength dip machine with 8 plates on it. I've stoped doing close-grip presses. Actually, my tri's have been looking great, and several people have commented on them looking alot bigger. This weekend though, they have really been deflated. I really think it was the beating I gave them on friday.
Anyway, I think my arms will start to grow on my new routine as soon as I start eating more cals, and cut the cardio back down to two sessions a week. They were taping at 18" even last weekend, but looked alot bigger than this one. Didn't tape them this weekend. So how is your workout going? Any lucking trimming your waist down to where you want it?
