Ok, I finally got my photos to upload. I have a photo shoot next weekend, and I'm still not as hard as I should be. As you can see in the pictures I'm holding too much water around the waist, lower back, outside of pecs, and my hams. Also having trouble filling back out during recarbing, took the pics 36 hours into my refeed and my tri's are still tiny and am still holding subcontainious water. I shouldn't have any tren left in my system, since I came off of it 6 days ago. Currently on winny, femara, t3 and took 75 mg of dyazide the night before the photos and another about 4 hours before first thing in the morning. Any pointers would be welcome. Honest critiques of my body are welcome, just be constructive and remember I've only been training for 3 1/2 years. Anywho, I'm down to 206 (from 235) at the moment. Would like to come in about 195-198 next weekend.

Good work. Triceps, shoulders, and legs look like they could use some more emphasis. could be the pictures though

Yeah, I can't figure out why my thighs look so small in the lat spread pic. They are 29" right now. I leg press with 30 plates regularely and squat 505 (parallel) for 5. Have any advice? I think I need a 3 day carbup for my photos next week. My tri's look smaller this weekend, not only in the photos, but in the mirror.

I'm calipering around 6-6.5. Had a friend of mine who is a trainer check it a few days ago. Since my abe skinfold is 2.5 mm I've got to be holding a shitload of water, because in the mirror I'm looking closer to 12%.

Maybe water , yes. because I don`t mean to be an ass but that does`nt look like 6+%.
I`m sure if you dial it down with the water it will be night and day. Looking good though, and STRONG MO FO. congrats

Yeah, I think I'm going to have to pretty much cut my sodium out all week, no carbs for 4-5 days, with lots of curcuit training and cardio then 3 days of carbloading, and no training. I think because I trained chest, delts and tri's about 24 hours before the pics (in the middle of my loading phase), I haven't been able to replenish the glycogen in my tri's. May use lasix too, I have enough on hand. Really, I can't think of what could be making me hold this much water, other than failure to eat enough carbs during my loading phase. I was hoping some of the bro's would have advice. Thanks for the complements bro.

Well, starting to feel better now... over visit at my mother's this weekend, and put up the pics because she wanted to take some pictures of me with the last of her polaroid film. Since she has a scanner I decided to put them up. I've been stuffing down more carbs and she commented a few minutes ago that I look alot bigger and more muscular now while. My tri's and thighs are finally starting to fill out and I'm up 9 ibs since this morning. Anywho, I think next week I definately need to carb up for 3 days and as djblaze suggested, use some lasix.

You look good to me, dude. Thick ass lats, especially when you're not as thick as normal. Wow!

I don't think your arms are as problematic as they might seem to you, though I do understand what you're saying (or have said in the past...I recall that, while you were close-grippnig 365, some other bber said your "arms could use more work").

Still, after 3.5 years...man. I've been at it for over 10 years now. You're doing freaking fantastic.

Speaking of arms, how's your arm training going? When last we spoke you were hitting them three times a week.

As far as the water goes, I agree with you: hit enough carbs in your future loading/refeed phases. I always had a very, VERY hard time with that. I hated it at the time, because I would balloon up to the point I squish-squashed when I walked :) But it pays off in the end. What does your low-carb phase look like?

In any event, Lasix should do the trick--good stuff.
