I've taken creatine once before, 4 years ago as a freshman in HS. I gained like 10 lbs, but that may have been from training, and I can't remember how my diet was. But I remember it working. I'm gonna bump it up to 10g and see if that helps. I know I got good stuff, prolab's creapure (that german stuff), and no I'm not a big guy, 150lbs 5'10". I guess we'll see what 10 g's does.
