I started about 2 weeks ago, only loaded for 3 days with 20g, and did 15g on fourth day. Since then I have been doing 5g ED, each time with approximately 20g sugar from juice. I haven't noticed anything yet, strength, size, bloat, nothing. I feel pretty much the same, except maybe a little dehydrated. Weight is the same. I try to drink alot of water, but some days are only like 1/2 gallon. Does it take a while to kick in? Should I start trying 10g ED, or do I need more sugar per serving to help absorbtion. Also I did have to skip 2 days when I was out of town, I took 10g the day I got back. Don't know if that effects anything. Servings are mostly before meals on empty stomach before lunch, however they are occassionally an hour or so after a meal.
