Creatine not working...

I started about 2 weeks ago, only loaded for 3 days with 20g, and did 15g on fourth day. Since then I have been doing 5g ED, each time with approximately 20g sugar from juice. I haven't noticed anything yet, strength, size, bloat, nothing. I feel pretty much the same, except maybe a little dehydrated. Weight is the same. I try to drink alot of water, but some days are only like 1/2 gallon. Does it take a while to kick in? Should I start trying 10g ED, or do I need more sugar per serving to help absorbtion. Also I did have to skip 2 days when I was out of town, I took 10g the day I got back. Don't know if that effects anything. Servings are mostly before meals on empty stomach before lunch, however they are occassionally an hour or so after a meal.
 
You need to stack cell tech @ 35g ED Pinnacle poppers 8 tabs ED, and just for the hell of it, throw in 5cc of Clenbutrx. 1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil should make it easier for your stomache to digest. Good luck!
 
Creatine is not magic fairy dust. DO NOT expect anything dramatic from it. What it will do (to a limited extent) is increase anaerobic endurance. Meaning you may get one more rep here and one more rep there and be able ot do an added exercise at the end of your workout. It alone isn't anabolic. The cellular hydration it promontes has an effect on protein synthesis though nothing "insane". In a sense it gives you "staying power"...in the gym of course. The optimal time to take it is imediately following your workout with high GI carbs. This is when muscle absorptivity(I think that might be a word) and insulin will be the highest.
 
Sounds like reverse placebo effect to me. You were expecting too much.

If it's really not working at all, it may be that your body just doesn't use supplemental creatine very well. Or you don't know your body well enough to draw a conclusion.
 
creatine worked for me really well the first time i used it....which was about 5 years ago...now it just doesnt do anything but make me retain a little water.
 
Jc21 if thats you in the pic (if I remember correctly it is) your clearly apparent advanced physical adaptations probably include a naturally superior phospho-creatine system. In other words your like a wild beast saturated with creatine.

Have you used creatine on steroid cycles? If so, to what extent?
 
creatien does nothing for me either. for some people it works, others like me get nothing out of it..

thats just they way it is with a lot of sups.
 
I've never really gotten great gains from creatine either.

However, I just started taking Syntrax Swole last week, and I'm very impressed with it so far. Feel tighter, stronger, and great pumps. Definitely seems to be working.

same here, doesn't do jack for me......
 
Try upping the dose to 10g a day minimum (the stuff is cheap), take it with juice, and drink lots of water. I have had entire batches of creatine that did nothing for me (I think they were bogus), and others that have given me a solid 6-10 pounds within a couple months (I weigh about 215-220). If you are a big dude, I don't think 5g a day is nearly enough.
