Dunno but today was suppose to be a rest day........but i had meal 1 at 7:30-8:00am around that time

1cup LF cottage Cheese......

Since im leaning............I got bored at about 9ish-got to the gym by 9:20am........did some cardio for the heck of it

BURNED 150cals,got of Did like 5sets of dips for 6-8reps
than did some PULL UPS 4-5sets for 6-8reps

got bored,decided to do some hanging leg lifts 2sets for 8reps about

got bored again,decided to do PUSHUPS with the DB's on the floor ,grab the DB and do the pushups........(I NEVER DONE THIS BEFORE) omg it felt like my chest was growing did like 6sets for 10reps

than got bored
did my ghetto version of HIT

2laps FAST RUNNING 1lap walking 2laps FAST RUNNING 1lap WALK 1LAP RUNNING 1lap walk..........omg i felt so good,and my chest still feeling hard after that run..........:)

sorry some of you might not care but WOW this shit felt good

and the only reason i did this all was to eat TOP ROUND STEAK and a SWEET POTATOE later in the day, CALORIES IN vs CALORIES OUT since everyone says steak is bad to eat when cutting since im eating about 100carbs hahaha
