not sure what day your refering to but thursday was my carb up day so maybe that is what your talking about... and yeah my calories that day was around 1400 or a little more.. but since then have been around 1200 and on weekend may have been a little lower because I was sick... I added in the wheat bran, on the ladies advice and that adds a LOT more fiber and carbs to the mix so I think that is why I am feeling so good...

okay so I had this really old computer my school had given me so I tried to contect it to see if I could get my camera to work this morning... I got a few pics but I have to re-do them because for some reason its really blury... But you will get the idea but you can't see my abs because its so blury... I will work on it when I get home from the gym
