Forgot to let you guys know how the show went. I won the short but lost to the tall guy in the overall. He had about 30 lbs on me. I ended up just cutting out all protein powders and dropped a lot of my starches. I ate mostly chicken or egg whites mixed with about 2 cups fibrous veggies and some flax for damn near every meal. It worked great. Looked much better than the previous show. I also tried manipulating my salt intake which I had not messed with previously. I still held on to too much water though. Thx for all the advice
