Well I'm feeling a lot better today, the weather's gotten shitty after a nice weekend soaked up some rays. Nose is still running but I reckon that'll be gone by tomorrow. Either way I'm hittin the gym. :)

Cheers Donna. Nose is workin fine now. I've been overdosing in vit C 10g or so a day for the last few days. Ought to be back at it tomorrow. :)

you'll like n2slin, I havn't tried n2burn yet but am using forged burner now and I'm happy with it....

Well I hope it does the trick. I seem to have gone backwards since switching diets. I'm back on the blood type diet now (blood test Thursday) but only 3 weeks left! Gotta work hard and keep my diet on point!
 
Okay back at the gym today. I'm starting a new thing.
45 mins of weights & 45 mins of cardio each day.

Weights will be a circuit of sorts. 4 exercises 30 reps per exercise with a weight I can manage 8-10 reps with. Do as many reps as possible them move on to next exercise. Keep going round till I've completed 30 reps each.

Bench 90kg (198lbs) 12,12,6
Barbell row 90kg (198lbs) 8,8,8,6
Upright row 65kg (143lbs) 8,6,8,8
Deadlift 115kg (253lbs) 10,10,10

As you can see I finished the bench and deads in 3 sets while the rows took an extra set each. :)

Later 45 mins cardio on the bag :)
