Ok no weight training today, I was off work, had a bunch of appointments to attend.
Kickboxing, 90 minutes high intensity cardio. Was a bloody good session! I kicked three peeps in the head including the instructor (spinning kick ) and I got this cocky French bloke with a double head kick
Today's WO. I was so shagged from last nights kickboxing session, dunno whether it's my cardio improving faster than my muscular endurance or maybe I was working harder thanks to extra energy (N2slin) either way I woke feeling like I'd just done 12 rounds with Vitali Klitschko. So I didn't lift. I attacked the bag.
Ok first 5 min warm up really was just gettin my arms to work semi normally!!! Second warm up round things started coming together
2 mins max effort
5 mins mod-easy
1 min rest - repeated 5 times
44 mins total I believe.
I gotta say, I was faster, more powerful, slicker combinations and my LEGS!! Damn! increases in height, speed, power & balance! Half an hour later an I'm feeling so bloody drained but I don't wanna have any more carbs today so just suck it the fcuk up!
