1 - 1 hamburger patty = ?fat and ?protein
2 - 1 turkey patty = ?fat and ?protein
3 - 10 wings = ?fat and ?protein
Anyone have any ideas to keep my diet up in college
i've been taking 2 protein shakes a day alonf with 3 servings of oatmale
usually 2 double cheesburgers as well as 6 eggs and 1 peice suasage
when i lived at home i survived on soley chicken breast, flank steak, potatoes, and oatmeal so i know this new diet isn't so impressive. Also, i can't have dairy bc i'm lactose intolerant. Please help. Thanks!
