I love clens...taking a shit load of them.
The best way I've ever taking them is STAY ON THEM!
not the 2 on 2 off, or 1 week on 1 week off, or
2 weeks on 2 weeks off.
The best for me was take with T3 for 5 weeks.
Stayed on them the whole time. started at 3 pills ED
(20mcg) then after a week went to 6 pills ED for the
rest of the time.
That is just works for me.....everyone takes them diff.
