Clen dose for women??

Ok i have a girl that is apprx 5'6 135/140lbs. She is about to start taking clen and trying to get in better shape. I know how much to take for a 200+ man but I need to know what is a safe dosage for her to work up to? I was thinking start with 20 and bump up to 60-80mcg maybe at peak?

I don't know but i have read don't go over 80mcg for women. Might wan't to post this in the womens forum for a better answer.
 
Clen dose is NOT gender determined. It is ONLY individual tolerance determined.

There is no difference between dose for a male and dose for a female. There are only variances between what an INDIVIDUAL can tolerate.
 
Yep, just start at 20mcg and increase like you would for a man, until sides become noticeable. Then back off one tab and that's your max dose. Clen isn't a steroid, it's dosed strictly by weight and personal tolerance, gender doesn't matter.

I wouldn't start her at higher then 10mcg at first.

I started at 20mcg, topped out around 120mcg. 120mcg is where I hit sides pretty bad, so I backed it down to 100mg and stayed there. But this is a period of time where I was pretty stimulant-tolerant.

I assume you will have her run Taurine and Potassium with it too?

120mcg!!! wow, that's a lot of clen. Usually, for women, I suggest starting out at 10mcg and then, by the feel of it, moving up.

You respond well to 40-60mcg?

God, it's been ages since I did it. I acclimated to each increase in dose quickly - like I said, this was period of time I was REALLY using "fat-burners". I was so stimulant-tolerant!

I started at 20mcg and went up 10-20mcg everyday until it was too uncomfortable. My first 2week run of clen was ONLY to find my "tolerant" zone. Once I found my limits, I ran subsequent cycles close to this zone. 120mcg was too uncomfortable. I stuck to around 80-100mcg.

If I were to run it again, I would probably be around 60-80mcg. I have been off stimulants for about 8 months (and ALL supplements, except for Gluc-R and protein). My receptors are quite clean! But no supps for me - for about 9 more months! ;)

Sounds like you really beat your receptors up, if you get back into it, try adding L-Glutamine along with daily Clen that seemed to help a lot in many cases that I've worked with.

Interesting - why L-Glut help?

I actually get better results on Thermorexin than I did on Clen. I would prefer to use T-Rex and Cardio Breeze, along with Glucorell R. But that stack won't happen until February 06! ;)
