Chest muscles not growing

I've noticed that only the outside of my chest is growing from a workout. But the inside bits (towards the centre) are still flat.

What excercises can I do to make them grow? Bearing in mind I work out at home with no dumbells.

The only easy thing to do would be breast enlargement - :p

What does your chest routine consist of?

1. Bench...hit it hard...

2. Push-ups whenever possible (narrow, regular, wide--Want more?--> all incline--stairs or a chair works)

My advice to you as a beginner would be to pick one pressing movement, bench press or incline bench, and slowly get stronger at it. Add weight to the bar whenever you can without comprimising form, and try to get the same number of reps as you did last time. If you can't add weight to the bar, try to increase the number of reps you do for a while then throw on another 5 pounds and repeat. Train for strength, use heavy enough weights to keep your reps in the 5-9 range and your chest and arms will grow a lot bigger in time.
 
not possible to make just your inner peck grow. but if you want your whole chest to grow make sure to include incline presses and dips.
 
Sure genetics determine alot of things, but very often it happens that when you concentrate on making your entire chest grow and become strong as others suggested these imbalances will disappear over time.
