Hey dudes.
On days that you have cheat meals, and assuming the cheat meal puts you at or above your caloric goal for the day, should you continue to eat your regular bodybuilding meals every 3 hours?
Or stop eating for the day, because you are already at or above your caloric goal?
I guess really, whats going to do more damage? The extra calories for the extra meals (but then you get the benefits of eating every few hours), Or not eating for the rest of the day??
