Talked to a trainer at the gym last night about burning the estro fat on my stomach. It's not that much, but enough to piss me off. I have been using the eliptical machine for 1/2 hour a night and it keeps my heart rate at about 160.
This guy told me to jump on the tread mill and do interval sprints. Walk fast paced for 3 minutes, sprint for 5 minutes and repeat this at various times as long as I can.
What do you guys think?
