Would you please give me some feed back on what I should do for my cardio session for today. If you look at my log, on Sunday I powerwalked & did legs that day. Sunday night I didn't sleep very well & had a bit of the night sweats. I usually take Monday off and I did. Monday night slept like a rock and slept in this morning. My legs are still a bit sore too. I will be doing my cardio this afternoon instead of my usual a.m. Today is supposed to be a HIIT session. Do you think I should go with this, considering?
