If you maintain a pretty low carb diet (or even moderate), say <200g, is it wise to include one day of excess carbs to restore gly. levels? Maybe my adding a 1/2 cup of oats to every meal (3 cups total), or something of the like?
I'd say a carb up is a good idea. If your eating maintenence or above its not entirely necesary, if dieting, you def need a carb up (im sure you know this).
Just for feeling good and whatnot, it just seems like the thing to do.
