my current bulking diet goes something like this :
meal 1 , 40g protein shake blended with 35g oats and water, 2 slices of wholemeal toast, peice of fruit
meal 2 , 40g protein shake with water, 100g low fat fromage frais, peice fruit
meal 3 , 4 slices wholemeal toast, 6 scrambled eggs (2 whole 4 whites), a yogurt and some fruit.
meal 4 , as meal 2
meal 5 , steak/fish/chicken with jacket potato and veg, some fruit
meal 6 , 40g protein shake with water.
this is the general but sometimes i mix things around !
i weigh approx 200lb and am taking in about 220-240g protein a day
well is it generally good or is it crap ?
