I have a question:
Since one month ago I´m on a diet. I dropping some bodyfat, but i also feel less hardness in my muscles. That´s why I´m planning to take Creatin the coming month.
Currently I´m using Pro Labs Therma Pro (ECA), Glutamine and of course protein powder.
Would I´t be a bad thing to start using Creatine now during my cut-cycle? Can I combine Creatine and the E/C/A-stack?
Please give me some advice!
