Hi
I work as a waiter and i find on average im fast walking with plates etc for 6-8 hours 6 days a week.
i found a site where it gave values for various exercise in terms on calorie usage, and it came out that in 6 hours of this at my bodyweight im burning over a 1000 calories. but this cant be right?
so with walking, how best should i factor this into my diet, so that im eating enough.
i still train weight 4 x week, and 2 low intense cardio, 2 HIIT per week
im 75kg, or about 170lbs, 20 years old, 5,10 height
about 15% body fat
