Very good indeed! Yesterday I saw an obese man in our gym who did not cardio, he was only doing strenght training. And he was VERY, impressively strong! He was so fat he had to sit the wrong way around on the latpully, but the weight he used (with good form) I hope he has a good diet ... Will keep an eye on him the coming time and see how he progresses.
