Calling all diet gurus

I'm going to go on a fairly extreme diet to loose as much fat as I can.

I would like some views from you guys to see what you think of it. Please note that I am to be taking 100mgs winny a day, 250mg test a week and 50mcg T3 a day.

Meal 1: Five egg whites, 2 yolks, 50grams oatmeal.
Meal 2: 40g protein shake
Meal 3: tin of tuna (150 grams), salad, one slice wholemeal bread
Meal 4: 40g protein shake
Meal 5: 150 grams chicken or turkey, veggies
Meal 6: tin of tuna, salad

I don't know whether I will do much cardio as I think it might be slightly too catabolic.

You have to do cardion if you want to loose as much fat as you can. Just make sure you do it the right way and your body will not be burning the muscle. You need to have some carbs with your protein shake, try a peach...it's only 9g's of carbs per peach. You need to have carbs with every meal except after about 8-10 pm.....depending on what time you go to bed each night, cut the carbs out about 3-4 hours before you hit the sack.
 
the oatmeal and bread will not help you cut fat-t3 is dangerous unless you get frequent bloodwork done-have you thought of clen instead of t3?
 
you do know that it's important to cycle t3 up and down right?? i don't think it's good to just starts it and end it at 50mcg.
 
I know about T3 and I have used it shit loads of times. Some say taper, some say don't. Even if you're taking 25mcg a day you are still fully supressing your thyroid anyway, the same as if you were taking 100mcgs a day. This is why no one tapers test anymore like they used to.

I would like input on the diet. I am experienced in AS.
 
diamonddiceday: I also don't want to come out of this cycle at 120lbs. You need a little carbs there mate. All protein would be muscle suicide and a CKD doesnt work well with gear.
 
Dont zero carb bro,your body wll start to need carbs to function and if it cant get them from carbs it will start to take them from your musle storage.Keep the protien high but also put some form of carbs such as potatoes in the diet keep the cardio high and keep drinking plenty of water.
 
Killer not trying to be smart or anything but if you are experienced with AS then you should know plenty about diet.Personally,i think the diet looks ok but would add some carbs to meals 2 and 4 and repace the bread in meal 3 with sweet potato.Leave meal 6 as is and maybe add some carbs to meal 5 depending on what time of the day you train.
