Dont listen to diamonds low carb preachings. He thinks 0 carbs is the only way to go.

first of all, I never said to eat no carbs -you tell me how he can cut and eat high carbs at the same time-and you are some teenager who knows zero about the world-get back to us in 10 years when you have some life experience

I'm going to go on a fairly extreme diet to loose as much fat as I can.

I would like some views from you guys to see what you think of it. Please note that I am to be taking 100mgs winny a day, 250mg test a week and 50mcg T3 a day.

Meal 1: Five egg whites, 2 yolks, 50grams oatmeal.
Meal 2: 40g protein shake
Meal 3: tin of tuna (150 grams), salad, one slice wholemeal bread
Meal 4: 40g protein shake
Meal 5: 150 grams chicken or turkey, veggies
Meal 6: tin of tuna, salad

I don't know whether I will do much cardio as I think it might be slightly too catabolic.

I see around 1200 calories, and I'm really giving it a big-up here. I would recommend you bump up the calories to AT LEAST
weight x 10...for, even w/ winny+test you will still need to eat at least sufficient calories for maximum fat-burning. I would add 1tbsp. of flaxseed oil for starters (2-3times a day).

Yeah I will probably add some flax, good idea and up the calories to around 2000.

Mr BC: I am experienced in AS and dieting, but that doesn't mean I know everything. People post here to gather other opinions from people who like to do things differently.

Hey that's cool.I do not know everything either,i just thought that if you are going to use AS then you need to research everything else as well.Sorry!
