I no it does not seem alot of calories but i have never been on a bulk diet as i have always struggled losing weight untill now that i have a good understanding of diet and exercise. I will add eggs to my diet as and when i need to up calories and also double portion sizes. My aim is to get to 200pound by christmas! You think that is possible guys? what do you think of the diet? Feel free to give me advice or critisism.
Thanks

that looks like my cutting diet! bro you are eating way too clean to want to bulk... eat a some red meat, steaks, ground beef, BURGERS... that is way to clean, I love bulking so much because i can get away with eating what the hell i want most of the time and not feel guilty about it.... just eat eat eat, worry about eating clean and counting your carbs protein when you want to shred! good luck!

Would i be ok just starting from that diet and just work my way up week by week? Im only eating about 2000 to 2500 calories a day at moment so i thought the diet plan would be a good starting point? I will definatly be dropping the cardio, fed up of doing it everyday! lol

More food, man!

And I would be increasing my protein intake also - 246g is LOW for a bulking diet. I would be targeting 350g+ protein at your weight.

I'll up it to 4000 calories then that sound ok for my weight? how much cardio should i still do?

I wouldn't do any cardio for the month or so. If you notice that you're getting a bit too podgy, then add a bit in at the end of the workout. If you're happy with your BF% at the end of the month then stick to just weights.

i dont feal like looking up the weight ratio for the carbs but make sure your carbs are doubling the protein
