Thanks to all posters and mods for the priceless info on this site. I gotta say I am a tad bit overwhelmed with all the info though. I have a hard time discerning what I should be listening to and what not to when it comes to lifting, eating, gear, etc. So many opinions and theories out there.
So I did my first ever cycle...tren 0.5cc eod for 4 weeks. Loved the results and the sides were very manageable for me. Low libido, irritable, and insomnia at some points. Last injection 2 weeks ago and im back to normal as far as how I feel. No PCT and not sure what to do for maintenance. Not sure about blood work but since it was a low dose I think im good. I don't drink, smoke, scripts, etc. I do have low blood sugar/hypoglycemia. Athletic/coordinated and I hit the gym hard. Mon,tues,thurs,fri workout with 2 different wkouts twice a week. Didn't do any cardio. I do alternating sets with little rest in between sets so my HR gets up there for cardio????
36 yrs old Male, 5'9", 212lbs, 20-25% bf (need to test). Most of that fat is in midsection. Diet - have a hard time eating enough good cals and protein. I would say im at 150gms protein per day right now. Still eating some fast food...no sugary foods or soda. 1.5 gallons of water per day and about 5,000mg vitamin c(pure absorbic acid).
Sample of meals in average day:
Meal 1 - 2 cups 2% milk with 30g whey protein with a banana
Meal 2 - Turkey on ten grain bread with mustard and mayo or double cheeseburger with yogurt parfait
Meal 3 - 2 cups milk with 30g protein
Meal 4 - Chicken breast and pasta or steak and veggies with salad or fast food again
Meal 5 - Protien shake post workout
Meal 6 - Sometimes I will eat some carbs before bed......ouch!
I can lose fairly easy with diet and cardio but I tend to lose way too much muscle and still have that layer of fat everywhere. I have a super hard time gaining muscle and strength....genetics i believe. Been lifting off and on for 20years. Very active still....skiing, golf, softball, basketball, 5 kids.
I have access to tren and test right now. Wondering about Need2slin....looks like it might be for me but I wanna hear it from a pro.
So here's my dilemma....please advise. - Looking for a good cycle with low dose, short cycle, with long off cycle. I like to keep things as simple as possible. Minimizing the long term side effects hopefully. Do I need a PCT as well with low doses. PCT and AI are over my head right now as I haven't been able to talk to anyone knowledgeable bout that. Even though I've read it I still can't comprehend it yet.
I would like to know too based on the cycle should I be working on - cutting, bulking, or both at the same time? I'm game for the most efficient way of getting rid of this fat and gaining muscle.
