I would also just recommend putting a packet of splenda and pumpkin pie spice into your eggbeaters and just drinking it without microwaving it. I do that sometimes, and it's not bad at all. Eggbeaters by itself is pretty tasteless. I also just throw it into my oatmeal and eat it all like cereal with milk. I got Salmonella as a child from eggs and to this day, I can't smell a real egg without wanting to hurl. So I've become very used to those liquid egg white containers.

I see that you're now a salmon eater too....I guess you didn't find it as fishy tasting. Good! It's easy to get at restaurants and is a good source of Omega-3 too.

Wow, you girls are awesome! Thanks for the suggestion on the Egg Beaters RT. I may try to do that. The consistency of microwaved egg beaters is pretty nasty!

The first day on the job was outstanding! I think I definitely made the right choice. Everyone was extremely friendly and just made me feel right at home. I'm definitely looking forward to working there. :)
 
What's going on with the house? Is it tied up now - did I miss that one?

Thanks for asking Mermaid. The house went back on the market and was sold within 24 hours! Just waiting for the paperwork to come through and I'm free and clear of it. Closing is in about 3 weeks. I met the couple who bought it and they were extremely friendly. They're moving in from out-of-state and had to get something immediately, so I don't think there's any chance of this falling through. I hope...
 
Thursday, Jan 26th

6 am: 1 Glucorell-R

Meal 1: 6:15 am

2 sesapure
2 T-Rex
multivitamin
potassium supp
1/2 c egg beaters
1/2 c oatmeal w/ 1/4 c raspberries, 1 scoop whey and splenda
1 liter water

11 am: 17 oz water

Meal 2: Noon (so much going on at work I forgot to eat)

3 oz ground turkey
1 oz soy crisps
17 oz water

Meal 3: 3 pm

LC yogurt
17 oz water

So far I've only had about 500 cals today. Am going to try to find a place to get salmon (thanks RT for starting that craving for me!). Then I'm gonna hit this new gym to get in my shoulders and some cardio tonight.

Sounds like you're off to a wonderful start!!! Good for you! It's so much easier when things fall into place with seemingly no effort! You're on your way! :)
 
^^^On my way and ready to kick some butt!!

Checked out the gym and it wasn't too bad. The equipment was old, but as long as it works I don't really care. People of all ages in there, booty call for some of the younger kids but I can tune that out.

Only drawback was that it was so damn hot in there! I spent 10 min on the elliptical and was sweating like a pig and felt dizzy from the heat. Blech... Could have been because I had a full stomach and I don't do cardio well on a full stomach, but either way it was sooo stinking hot. Think I'll try it a few more times and maybe check out a couple more in the meantime. At least I got my shoulders in though... ;)
