Thanks girls! That pretty much summed up my feeling today when I went in to work out. I wasn't overly impressed with it at all. Especially when the guys were staring at me as I did squats and the bench press. Guess they don't get a lot of women in there. The ones they do get must stick to the "women's only" room. :rolleyes:

I'll give this other one a shot tomorrow and see how it goes.

^^^ This very reason is the more important reason why I left in the 1st place ... Not very appealing when eyes are glued to your crotch doing abduct/adductor Leg exercises ...

I moved to Women's but it was too crowded, no weights, timed machines ... See Ya Bally's ... Better luck tomorrow Hun. :)
 
Stay focused....and don't let the eating slide too much or it will be hard to pull it back tight. Good luck!

I'm trying very hard not to let it go all to pieces. Pieces of bread here and there, stupid protein bars were about all I could get out on the road. I've been trying to order grilled chix or salmon (now that I've gotten used to it) and salads.

Only problem is I had no access to fitday and makes me wonder about the totals. I'm sure my carbs were way too high. Either way, I'll just make sure to do the best I can. Unfortunately, my morning cardio's gone for the time being and that doesn't help at all. As long as I can maintain where I am, I should have no trouble picking back up in due time.

Wednesday, Jan 25th

7:45 am: 1 Glucorell-R

Meal 1: 8 am

2 T-Rex
2 Sesapure
multivitamin
potassium supp
1/2 c egg beaters (microwaved - not that great but'll have to do :sick: )
1/2 c oatmeal w/ 1 scoop whey, cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice
1 liter water

Meal 2: 10:45 am

3 Levorex
1 oz soy crisps :p (wonder if these are real good for me though??)
17 oz water

1:15 pm: 2 Glucorell-R

Meal 3: 1:30 pm

2 T-Rex
2 Sesapure
15 tortilla chips :worried:
1/2 c salsa
6 oz grilled chix, peppers and onions
3 flour tortillas
24 oz water

Workout: 2:30 pm

Trial day at Bally's so just a few exercises today - blech...

Legs, Back, Chest
**Don't know what the weights were for each exercise since equipment was different from previous gym and I didn't write anything down.

Meal 4: 6:45 pm

3 oz ground turkey
1/2 c steamed broccoli
1 serving LC yogurt
1 liter water

Meal 5: ~9 pm

1 T natty PB
Protein Drink

Totals: 1586 cals (41% protein, 33% carbs, 25% fat)

Am going to try jumping rope tonight to at least get some cardio in. Not sure how safe it is to go running here late at night, or even where to go. Need to burn off some of this pent-up nervous energy I have going. Tomorrow is my first day on my new job.

Girl, major kudos to you for having enough determination to ensure you set yourself up for your fitness goals while undergoing such upheaval. You are my hero for that :heart: and I can only aspire to do the same.

What's going on with the house? Is it tied up now - did I miss that one?
