Bstudiogirl diet log

Yes this will be my first. The emotions have been crazy for the last two weeks. yeah just incase I stopped all fat burners, creatine, and protein powder as soon as I found out. I switched from a regular multivitamin to a prenatal. My current OBGYN like I said was no help at all in the exercise and nutrition questions I had. He's pretty old and is still in that train of thought pregnant women should eat whatever they want and walking to and from and doing house chores is exercise to him, then worry about losing the weight afterwards. LOL I'm a PA and he's concerned with me standing during the day for work??? But I'm switching OBGYN anyways, this guy is just too old school for me in other parts of patient care.

consider keeping the protein if its whey...talk it over with yoru doc of course...

whew! glad to hear you're switching. I went to whom my sister had for our first, and he was ok. But for the the next two..i went to the best in town by crackee! There is nothing more important.
I'm sure you'll get more help with the eating and stuff from the new ob gyn.
But really just eat meat, veggies and fruit...chill out on the obvious "bad foods" (except once in a while..gotta have some fun) and ixnay on the caffeine. ;) No :coffee: for you...nine months! :laugh2:
