okay I'll post my log for today even though the day is not over. Okay I am really make myself eat which I have found out is tough cause I still feel full from the water, protein shake or food I ate 2 hours before (water of course less than 2 hrs.) I work swing so my morning is at 10 am get at the gym at 10:30 or 11. So my first meal after the gym falls around 11:45-12:25.
