yea or ney

I have cut out bread from my diet except for. during refeeds. Is bread a good carb source?

If so what bread is the best ie nut. Gi
i was thinking of rye because of the low gi

also im eating oatmeal now as a post w/o meal but was wondering if a bagel would be ok instead of malto or dextrose?

A bagel is fine post-workout. Not the best choice but if it's all you've got to work with it'll do the trick. I still think you're better off with some dextrose and whey. Quick and easily digested, etc.,

If you must have bread - 100% Whole wheat is what you'll want to eat during other times of the day. White bread uses enriched flour that has been processed beyond belief (it's basically like eating sugar - which is why a bagel isn't the worst post-workout choice).
