I have been working out for a while now but not really getting into until 2 weeks ago. Im 6' 245, my upper body is in decent shape as far as back, shoulders and arms but im pretty wide in the stomach area. Im trying to find out what my Body fat % is but dont really know how to do it, the reason being is im gonna start taking some Thermorexin and want to get my before and after %. Any input is appreciated.

Go to a local gym and find out if they do body fat measurements. Piece of advice. The hand held bodyfat analyzers are not as accurate as the caliper test.

try and get a caliper test at least... there are other methods (dunk, X-ray based, etc)... but for the average Joe... a caliper test will be good enough (if done by a professional).

the computer-thingies, whether the one you hold in your hands or body fat scales are only good for observing a trend over time (they use bio-impedance and rely on average tables)... they vary wildly according to your hydration levels.
