Anyone use the Beverly International Diets at www.beverlyinternational.com , They write contest diets (which uses they're supplements) but i'd like to hear from anyone that's tried their diets and the results they've had compared to other fat loss diets, such as a CKD. Their ratio's for fat loss diets are generally 55-60% protein, 30-35% fat, and 10% or less carbs with a carb meal every 3rd and 4th evening. You can't argue with the condition of the competetors, but i'd like some feedback from you guys as well. Here's my diet based loosly on their recommendations.
