I used to think JUST LIKE you dude, but trust me just eat fucking EVERYTHING you can, aslong as its healthy, lean and not dripping in fat or deep fried.
Get some All Natural Peanut Butter (Smuckers Reduced Fat All Natural is my fave) eat a bunch of spoon fulls of that, eat lots of chicken, eggs, steak all that good stuff. OATMEAL!
just keep eating and lift heavy, I've made awesome strength gains and size gains, 20 pounds since the summer and I have notice a barely worryful amount of bodyfat. My 6 pack is still here and because of the muscle mass I look even better than I did when I was scrawny to girls. I got a date with a real hottie coming up this weekend, so trust me bro!
