I used to think JUST LIKE you dude, but trust me just eat fucking EVERYTHING you can, aslong as its healthy, lean and not dripping in fat or deep fried.

Get some All Natural Peanut Butter (Smuckers Reduced Fat All Natural is my fave) eat a bunch of spoon fulls of that, eat lots of chicken, eggs, steak all that good stuff. OATMEAL!

just keep eating and lift heavy, I've made awesome strength gains and size gains, 20 pounds since the summer and I have notice a barely worryful amount of bodyfat. My 6 pack is still here and because of the muscle mass I look even better than I did when I was scrawny to girls. I got a date with a real hottie coming up this weekend, so trust me bro!
 
Ok, based on these pictures... do you think I should bulk or continue cutting?

when I was you age I was a bog fane of this split:

i did it religiously for about 4 years, and got very strong.

Day 1: Chest, light delts, Tris

Day 2: Back, Bis

Day 3: Legs, light abs

Day 4: OFF

always warm up with 5 minutes of the treadmill, and if you want to get lean simply add 15-20 minutes of cardio at the end of the workout

P11, you need to bulk. Cutting is going to do you no good, you have to have a substantial amount of muscle mass to show off when cutting for it to make any sense. You're cutting into nothing. Put on a good 40lbs then cut, there's no point this early...
