2 slices w/meal toast w/ vegemite no butter
1 cup coffee

100g grilled chicken breast
4 rice cakes w/ light cottage cheese & tomato
1/4 cup brown rice + 1 slice ham
Meal 4

200g lean steak
1 cup broccoli
1 cup green beans
1/4 cup carrots
