If you are concerned with the fat use a George Foreman grill. Some even rinse the beef afterwards in a strainer.
I buy 93/7 and rinse. What would you guesstimate the fat to be after rinsing?
very minimal, maybe 5 grams tops per 8oz. i used to do that but it gets old and bland after a while no matter how i season it. i buy 93/7 as well and i think its fine weather youre cutting or lean bulking without rinsing it.
sl, arent you bulking? why are you rinsing?
I only eat it pwo with wheat noodles and pasta sauce. I try to limit the fat in my pwo meal.
I rinse then add It back to a hot pan of sauted onions, green peppers and garlic. Then I add some eyetalian seasoning.
oh i gotcha, what ive realized is that its hard to get a protein and carb meal without fats. everything has fats in it, so ive decided to get dextrose and a wpi for my post workout then have a meal an hour later.
That's exactly what i do. Whey iso and dex/malto on the ride home. By the time I get home I'm starving so I eat.
Oh i see, im the same way, i bring the shake with me and by the time i get home (about 7-8 minutes), i start making the meal. btw, im about to order a 10lb bag of "now" brand dextrose, how do you measure it cuz it doesnt seem to come with a spoon or anything and it say 4 grams of carbs per tsp, im ting to ingest 100 grams so i rally dont feel like scooping 25 tsp's if yo know what i mean, lol.
One cup is 48 teaspoons I believe. You still doing the Palumbo?
