Anything wrong with lean ground beef?

Oh i see, im the same way, i bring the shake with me and by the time i get home (about 7-8 minutes), i start making the meal. btw, im about to order a 10lb bag of "now" brand dextrose, how do you measure it cuz it doesnt seem to come with a spoon or anything and it say 4 grams of carbs per tsp, im ting to ingest 100 grams so i rally dont feel like scooping 25 tsp's if yo know what i mean, lol.

One cup is 48 teaspoons I believe. You still doing the Palumbo?

Nope, i started bulking on sunday. i started dieting too late this year because of surgery and other obstacles, and summers already over, so i figured im gonna bulk till february, and start my palumbo diet on march 1st. i only did the palumbo for about 7 weeks.
 
Cool...Thanks for the advice. I usually eat turkey burgers, but figured that I might as well throw some lean ground beef into the diet to get my burger fix! I've been putting a patty on 1 slice of wheat toast with fat free miracle whip, spinach, and a little bit of goat cheese. Eating steamed broccoli for a side. :)

Yes sir, 5'6. im 174 today. and started sunday. i never felt so stuffed in my life, lol. all i do is eat, eat, eat like its my job, lol. and im starting a new training routine using high intensity (1 set to failure), and im loving it, i wish i knew about it earlier instead of doing high volume workouts.
