Wow I had to reply, thats what you guys call cheat days ? If this is your club I am your president.
Man I got problems because I go all out once a week and not just any cheat day will do. During the week I write down everything I crave and throw it a small box (I see a commercial of a new burger out I want, every time I see that girl licking her ice cream, anything I pass up because of bodybuilding) What ever the case may be.
Saturday morning the hunt begins I grab the box and look at all my cravings no to decide but just to remind me......
My cheat days can include ( A lot of peanut butter, all types of chocolate candy bars (new snickers, bigkitkats, nutrageous, watchamacalits, m&ms all kinds, crazy ice cream flavors, krispy creams, Chinese buffets, hooters buffalo wings, mc donalds breakfast(s), denny's grand slam(s), popye's chicken, and you can't forget the beer all that is optional if I go out clubbing at night then jack in da box when I come home cause its all thats open at 3:00 of the time its all the above, I might miss a few here and there because of various reasons mostly damn storage capacity is full. You think I have an eating disorder ? LoL I do. Did I forget the peanut butter ?
Most my cheat days I call a bunch of friends up and make em come with me and eat at selected restaurants so I meet with a lot of people on Saturdays lol. You know what's ironic 4 years ago at age 17 I was a major fat ass and rarely ate, I had to go down from a 42 inch waist to a 34 inch waist to become a pig.
Hey if any of you guys are like me...... wouldn't mind hearing some more of your food choices for cheat days I will start putting em in my box lol.
