I stretch before and after each workout, but whenever I do back stuff, my tri's hurt the next day right where they meet the delts. Anybody else experience this?
No, but I will say that when you are first starting out, if you are, you feel soreness in weird places. Give it time and you will be able to really focus in on the muscle you are training.
I used to feel it in my triceps when I did lat pulldowns. Right at the back of them, just under my arms.
I think in my situation its because when I was in in the contraction phase I sometimes pulled the bar too low down to my chest making that point like the starting position for a really high triceps pressdown pushing the tension to my triceps.
I was concious of this just like you so I no stop the bar at upper chest every time and my triceps did not feel a thing.
