Hmmm...I haven't done farmers in about 3 weeks now. I stick with squats, deads, gm's, ohp, etc... I really do love doing the dbell rotators...a lot.

The dumbell rotators and deads make my traps more sore than shrugs ever have. I'm glad b fold got me going on these exercises.
