Took last week off to heal and watch Night Fly compete...so this week was sure gonna be fun...lol. Back still feels so so...trying to work around it...

Pull Throughs
medium band x 20 reps x 2 sets
one set wide stance, one set closer stance...almost a stiff-leg
Standing Calf Raises

Super Yoke and Tire Flip (full gear)
800 x 50' and 550 tire x 50' PR!!!!!
I lost ALL of my breakfast after this set...projectile style...BAD...but I did set a PR and 800 on the super yoke is Pro weight
(I'm not gonna mention that Chad Smith did a 800 yoke for 100' in 12 seconds this year to set a World Record...)

That was it for today. I used my full gear on most of events to help protect my back and to make sure that I had zero equipment problems so far. Just in need of some more ammonia caps...
