Well, a little worn down...lifted in Nashville yesterday at some "frilly" Gold's Gym...yuck!!!! It was fun of people who were pretty, wearing nice clothes, gloves, gel in their hair, basketball court, nice equipment, plates that locked together on the bar, rubber dbells, place to ride the treadmill while watching a movie in a dark room, basketball court, no chalk anywhere...it was horrible. I still flat benched 405 for 2 reps fairly easy.
