Is am cardio on an empty stomach very beneficial to ur diet hansel(or anyone else who knows) or is it dangerous and not useful if im not in ketosis. Im running about a 40/30/30 for protein carb fat with no carbs after 4th meal except sometimes with brocolli, also in the first meals i rarely mix carbs and fat and results have been good but i need a boost, im plateauing.
I am probably ordering yohimburn soon but possible gonna cyle eca and nyc+. I would rather just do am cardio to help out with the fat loss as it was very beneficial on my CKD. wondering if it will be on a low carb diet too tho!
